We are delighted to announce the next NODE UK|Japan webinar on the health and welfare of immigrant. NODE UK|Japan network is led by the University of Birmingham’s Institute for Research into Superdiversity and Waseda University’s Institute for Asian Migrations. Initially funded by the Economic and Social Research Council and the Japan Foundation, NODE brings together social sciences, arts and humanities academics from the UK and Japan to develop new knowledge and insight about migration-driven socio-demographic change.
The webinar will be held on Zoom on 25 May 2022 at 10:00 BST | 18:00 JST and include two talks by Laurence Lessard-Phillips and Jenny Phillimore (University of Birmingham), and Russell Miller (University of Tokyo) and a comment by Yasushi Katsuma, Professor of International Studies at Waseda University.
